I have had the pleasure of working with Whitney for one summer. This was the summer of 2023 at Scotts Mill Pool when she came on board along with her company. She was always polite ,always positive to suggestions, was able to repair our pump and intake valve, obtain extra lifeguards when we needed them on very busy days that we didn’t know we’re going be busy days. Answered all my questions with the upmost honesty .  She was able to guide me through some difficult situations with our guests regarding the chlorine in the pool, the color of the water, and help me to explain to them. What was going on with the pool, which was resolved typically within 2 to 3 days, she always responded to phone calls so that her assistant managers. I highly recommend her for this job !
